These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website atelierdesminots.fr.
2. Products
The products offered are handmade artisanal decorations, made to order.
Each creation is unique and may have slight variations, guaranteeing its artisanal authenticity.
Some items can be personalized, depending on the options available at the time of ordering.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI).
Atelierdesminots.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Order
Any order placed on atelierdesminots.fr implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of order, by:

No order will be shipped before full payment is received.
6. Manufacturing and lead times
All products are made to order and handcrafted.
The average manufacturing and shipping time is 7 to 10 working days after payment validation.
In case of high demand or complex personalization, the lead time may be slightly extended.
Each item is carefully crafted to ensure the best artisanal quality.
7. Delivery
Delivery is provided only in mainland France.
Products are shipped to the address indicated during the order.
Bestwayonline.fr cannot be held responsible for any delay or address error attributable to the customer or the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
➡️ Exceptions: personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a proven defect in the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact: atelierdesminots@gmail.com before any return.
9. Refunds
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the order.
10. Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation.
Bestwayonline.fr cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use or unsuitable maintenance of the products.
11. Intellectual property
All elements present on the website atelierdesminots.fr (texts, images, visuals, logos, creations) are the exclusive property of Bestwayonline.fr – Adrien Balazs.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Personal data protection
The data collected during the order is used solely for processing, delivery, and customer service.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer can request the modification or deletion of their data at any time by writing to: atelierdesminots@gmail.com.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be favored.
Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts within the district of the registered office of Bestwayonline.fr – Adrien Balazs.
